The Green Portfolio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) builds privacy-first mobile apps and websites focused on movement, play, learning, local events, and practical work tools. Respect for your privacy is a core design principle across all our products.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
• All apps published by The Green Portfolio
• All websites and subdomains operated by The Green Portfolio
This includes Bike Ride Green, Run Green, Event Radar, Trivia Maze, JobConnect,
GOAL! GOAL! GOAL!, Labirintul Școlar, and other apps published by The Green Portfolio.
Many of our apps are designed to work without accounts. Some apps, such as JobConnect, require an account to provide their core functionality. Other apps, such as Bike Ride Green and Run Green, may offer optional accounts for uploaded activity summaries, private online dashboards, Green Sync, private groups, clubs, family groups, or challenges.
When an account is required or optional, we collect only the information needed to provide that service, such as login details, profile information, job or company details, preferences, saved records, matches, requests, unlock status, uploaded summaries, group memberships, or information you choose to synchronize.
We do not sell personal information.
Some app data is stored locally on your device, such as saved events, game progress, ride, run, and walk history, routes, scores, nutrition entries, saved foods or meals, weight entries, calorie goals, settings, or preferences.
For apps with account features, some data may be stored securely online so the app can provide its service. For example, JobConnect stores account, job seeker, employer, job post, match, request, and unlock information needed for matching. Bike Ride Green and Run Green may store selected uploaded ride, run, or walk summaries, profile and membership information, and private group, club, family-group, or challenge information when you choose to use their optional online features.
Bike Ride Green and Run Green also provide optional nutrition tools. Nutrition, weight, calorie-goal, saved-food, meal, and activity-calorie information is stored locally by default. If you sign in and enable Green Sync, supported information is stored privately under the same account so it can synchronize between compatible Green Portfolio apps. Green Sync information is not displayed in group, club, family, or challenge dashboards.
You may delete local app data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. For account-based features, deletion options may be available inside the app or by contacting support.
Some apps may request access to location services to enable core functionality (for example, route tracking or event search by selected location). Location data is used only for the feature you choose to use. Bike Ride Green uses location during active rides for route tracking. Run Green uses location during active runs and walks for route tracking. Event Radar uses country, city, category, and date-range selections to search for public events; it does not require precise device location for those searches unless a future feature clearly requests permission.
Event Radar is available on iOS and Android. Saved events are stored locally by default. If you choose to add an event to your device calendar, calendar access is used only for that action and can be managed in your iOS or Android device settings.
Our websites may use basic analytics or advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel) to understand general traffic patterns and improve visibility. These tools do not provide us with personally identifiable information.
Some apps published by The Green Portfolio may use third-party services to provide specific functionality, such as authentication and private data hosting, advertising, analytics related to advertising performance, mapping, food search, public event search, or calendar integration.
Supabase may process optional account, uploaded activity, group, profile, and Green Sync information for Bike Ride Green and Run Green. Event Radar may send the country, city, category, and date range you select to public-event data providers to return results. Food catalogue searches may send the search terms you enter to a backend service and food-data provider; using search alone does not upload your private nutrition history.
These services are used only where necessary and in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not sell user data, and we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties.
Data shared with third-party services is limited to what is technically required for the feature to function (for example, ad delivery or map rendering) and is not used by us for profiling or tracking across apps.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Apps that are intended for general audiences are designed to minimize personal data collection. Apps with account-based features should be used only by users who are old enough to create an account under the applicable app rules and laws.
We do not sell user data. We do not share personal information except where needed to provide app functionality, comply with legal requirements, protect our services, or operate trusted third-party services used by the app.
In JobConnect, contact details may be shared between an employer and a job seeker only through the app’s approval and unlock flow.
If you choose to export data from an app, that action is fully under your control.
Uploaded Bike Ride Green and Run Green activity summaries are private by default and are shown in the signed-in user’s online dashboard. If you join or participate in a private group, club, family group, or challenge and choose the applicable sharing option, selected activity summaries may be visible to other members of that private group.
Green Sync records, including supported nutrition, weight, saved-food, calorie-goal, meal, and activity-calorie information, remain private to the account and are not used for group activity aggregation.
Local information can be deleted using controls provided by the applicable app or by removing the app from the device. Apps with online features may provide separate controls for deleting app-specific online data and for permanently deleting the shared online account.
Deleting app-specific online data may remove that app’s uploaded activity summaries, groups, memberships, invitations, and profile information, but does not necessarily remove private Green Sync records used by another compatible app. Permanently deleting the shared account is intended to remove the authentication account and associated Bike Ride Green, Run Green, profile, membership, and Green Sync information. Local data on a device is not automatically removed when online data or an online account is deleted.
Online information is retained while the related account or feature remains active, or as needed to provide the requested service. Limited information may be retained where required for security, backup recovery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if our products or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
