Q: Do your apps require an account?
A: It depends on the app and feature. JobConnect requires an account for its core
matching features. Bike Ride Green and Run Green work locally without an account,
but offer optional accounts for uploaded activity summaries, online dashboards,
private groups, clubs, challenges, food search, and Green Sync. Event Radar,
Trivia Maze, GOAL! GOAL! GOAL!, and Labirintul Școlar do not require an account
for their core features.
Q: Do your apps work offline?
A: Many local features work offline, depending on the app. Internet access is required
for features such as Event Radar searches, online accounts and dashboards, groups,
Green Sync, shared food catalogue searches, JobConnect services, and some maps or
external links.
Q: Do you collect or sell personal data?
A: We do not sell personal data. Many app records remain on your device by default.
Information may be stored online when you use an account-based service or choose an
optional feature such as activity uploads, private groups, Green Sync, food search,
or JobConnect. Please review the Privacy Policy and the
applicable app-specific policy for full details.
Q: What does Green Sync synchronize?
A: When enabled in Bike Ride Green or Run Green, Green Sync can privately synchronize
supported meals, saved foods, weight entries, calorie goals, manual calorie totals,
and activity-calorie information through the same account. Green Sync is optional,
and synchronized nutrition information is not shown in group or club dashboards.
Q: How can I delete online information or an account?
A: Bike Ride Green and Run Green provide controls for deleting app-specific online
data and for permanently deleting the shared online account. App-specific deletion
and complete account deletion are different actions. Deleting online information
does not automatically remove local records stored on your device.
Q: Which apps does this support page cover?
A: All apps published by The Green Portfolio, including Bike Ride Green, Run Green,
Event Radar, Trivia Maze, JobConnect, GOAL! GOAL! GOAL!, Labirintul Școlar, and
future releases.
